What I do I need to bring with me for my session?

- bathing suit

- water bottle filled with water (no glass allowed)

Towels are provided.

Can two people fit in the sauna? Can they fit in the tub?

Yes, 2 people can fit into the sauna and yes, 2 people can also cold plunge together. You’ll get water everywhere, but that is okay!

Do you have gift certificates?

Yes, we do. You can purchase online here or purchase in-store.

How old do you have to be to sauna and plunge?

Here at Studio Plunge, we require all clients to be 18 years of age or older.

If I have a health condition, is sauna and plunge good for me?

Always consult with a healthcare professional if you have concerns about how cold and heat exposure may affect your health.

Do you have a lost and found?

Leave something behind? No worries! We keep items left behind for 3 months. If they are still here after that, we donate them locally.

Do you offer corporate packages or packages for small businesses?

Yes, we do. Please email studioplunge@gmail.com directly to inquire further.

What is your cancellation policy?

You can cancel your appointment yourself up to 12 hours before your scheduled session. If you need to cancel less than 12 hours before please call the store directly at 519-956-7722 or email at studioplunge@gmail.com.

Cancelling less than 12 hours before will result in a loss of that session and payment.

Our No Show policy

If you no show to an appointment, you will lose your session and the amount paid. If you did not pay for the session beforehand, your credit card on file will be charged the full price. No show goes into effect 15 minutes past your session start time. You agree to these terms and conditions when purchasing the session.

For all unlimited packages and memberships, a no show appointment will result in a $30 charge to the credit card on file.
